Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to clothing alteration and repair services provided by Shryxellstryxell in New Zealand. We are based at 25C Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023, New Zealand. We offer garment alterations, clothing repairs and tailoring (hems, zips, suit adjustments and related work) to customers in Auckland and across New Zealand. We want you to be satisfied with our tailoring and repairs. This policy explains how we handle concerns and adjustments.

Quality of work

We take care with every garment. If you are not satisfied with the alteration or repair work (e.g. hemming, zip replacement, suit or dress adjustments), please contact us as soon as possible after collection from our Auckland studio at 25C Broadway, Newmarket. We will review the issue and, where the work did not meet the agreed standard, we will correct it at no extra charge or discuss another solution.

Fit and adjustments

We work to the measurements and instructions you give us. If the fit is not as you expected, tell us when you collect or within a short time afterwards. Depending on the alteration, we may be able to make further adjustments. Additional work may incur an extra charge in NZD if it goes beyond the original agreement.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before we have started work, we will return your garment and any deposit in line with our usual terms. Once alteration or repair work has started, cancellation may not be possible and payment may still be due. We will confirm our cancellation policy when you place an order at our New Zealand studio in Auckland.

This policy applies to all clothing tailoring and repair services we provide in New Zealand. Our studio is in Newmarket, Auckland; all pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you have questions about a specific alteration or repair, contact us before or after your visit.
